Stewart brings a diverse background in retail, media sales, non-profit fundraising, and management to his work in real estate development. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated closely with engineers, architects, designers, and city planners, and has worked directly with municipalities on zoning, entitlements, and city planning.
For 10 years, Stewart led the development and growth of the city of Vineyard, Utah, utilizing the largest Redevelopment Agency (RDA) ever approved in the state. The project encompassed environmental remediation and infrastructure installation across a 1,700-acre parcel, helping make Vineyard the fastest-growing city in the
U.S. in 2014.
For the past four years, Stewart has focused on securing financing for residential, commercial, office, and industrial development projects.
