T.C. Taylor joined Atlas at the beginning of 2026. As the Director of Legal, Compliance, and Operations, he manages Atlas’s contracts, state and federal compliance, and all legal-related operations for the company, both internal and external. He joins Atlas after nearly a decade in litigation.

Prior to moving in-house, T.C. started his career with the law firm of Howard, Lewis & Petersen as an associate attorney in 2016. There, his work consisted of both general civil cases (personal injury, family law, estate planning/probate, etc.) and criminal defense. In 2024, he joined the firm of Skoubye Nielson & Johansen (now Skoubye Nielson Johansen & Baxter) focusing mainly on construction, some estate/probate, and general civil litigation.

T.C. graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU with his Juris Doctorate in 2016. Before law school, he earned a BS in Integrated Studies (a combination of Philosophy, Business Management, and French) from Utah Valley University. To better advise Atlas in serving its clients, T.C. is studying to obtain the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser License.

On a personal note, T.C. has been married for 16 wonderful years (as of 2026) to his wife, Abbie, who he met in a world geography class in 9th grade. They have four kids who keep them happy and busy between the various sports, church, family, and community activities that they have. T.C. also enjoys reading, camping, and almost anything that will get him outside and active, preferably with his wife and kids. In an attempt to maintain his French, T.C. and Abbie took a trip to Paris in 2021 and hope to make another trip as soon as possible to explore another part of the country.
